Delete your Ursen account

Applies to the Ursen app on iPhone and Android.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Ursen and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and all synced data are removed right away.

Without the app

Email support@ursen.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Ursen account”. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your login (email and password)
• Your training profile
• All plans, workouts, sets, notes, and weekly reviews
• Your custom exercises
• AI request logs and usage records linked to your account

What is kept

Nothing linked to your account. Crash reports in Sentry carry no email, name, or training data, and expire on Sentry's retention schedule. A copy of your data stays on your phone until you delete the app.
